Hi all - Hey, I have this pic of me taken with my iSight when I set up my new iMac and it is included on all my emails that I sent. How do I change it? Is there a way that I can exclude it? Thanks!

It's not actually sent... it's more of a reference for yourself: The pics are sourced from your address book, so you can visually see who an email is from.

Just delete your pic from the address book if you don't want to see it, but as I mentioned it won't be sent.
