Overheating under AppleCare?

If a Mac is overheating and it is still under AppleCare or the one year warranty, will they reclaim it?

Depends if they think something is wrong with it. Give AppleCare a call and see what happens.

I don't even have a Mac yet but I've seen the question come up a couple of times and figured I'd ask..
