Enjoy! Tell us what you think of it. Are you new to Macs or are you just getting the new one because you want/need it?

Congratulations? First Mac? If so, ask questions now, we'll be glad to answer them!

I echo your excitement. I have also ordered the 2.53 Ghz 15" MBP. This will be my first Mac, although I've played with a hackintosh for a couple weeks now. I'm a network admin, and I am trying to branch out further from the Windows world.

Wow those are going to be two sick machines! I jumped from windows, in Feb after 14 years of fidelity. I actually started with a macbook air. I can't say I miss the blue screens of death, or the random cryptic error messages. I now have a macbook pro myself and will never go back. This machines are amazing. But please do feel free to post some unboxing pictures. I like to make an event that goes several hours long when I unbox a new toy, take my time and enjoy all the time apples puts into design!!

I unboxed my MacBook Pro in March and watched my wife unbox her MacBook Air last month.

I've done my iTouch and watched my wife unpack hers. It is just SUCH a pleasure to watch (better to experience) - and what's more, they all worked - straight out of the box (like they're supposed to).

Wonder why my 'handle' says Vista free . . . ?
