Missing Sync Help

Hi I just purchased a MacBook and I have a Treo 800w. I downloaded the Missing Sync program but I'm having difficulties syncing everything. I already established a partnership between the mac and my Treo and whenever i click on the bluetooth icon, got to my treo 800w then click 'connect to network', i get an error saying 'Bluetooth Network Failed'. Therefore, my missing sync won't sync with my phone. Any ideas on what's going wrong? i have a bluetooth mouse set up so i know nothing's wrong with my bluetooth.

have you tried synching w/a USB yet? I know you have to allow the phone to see your macbook in the bluetooth setting as well.

yeah my phone recognizes my macbook and i've tried syncing it with a usb. when i plug it in, nothing happens, and when i press the sync button, it gives me the same error.

Member Since: Jul 26, 2008 Posts: 34	10-06-2008, 09:45 AM have you tried synching w/a USB yet? I know you have to allow the phone to see your macbook in the bluetooth setting as well. Macbook 2.4ghz, 2GB RAM, 1 Jiggabite of Awesome They've done research, 80% of the time it works all of the time.
