Need Help: Searching how to Transfer data from Windows

Can someone point me in the right direction here? I'm trying to switch my wife over to a Mac and I need to know the best way to transfer all her Outlook data to a Mac. Too many topics regarding switching over from a PC in Search. Maybe someone can help me narrow it down?
Thanks.

Try this : Lucas Chan :: Weblog » Blog Archive » Moving Outlook Contacts to Mac OS X Address Book

There is also a program that does it for you but it costs 10 bucks. Little Machines

Yes, there are several threads on switching over. In fact, there is an entire forum dedicated to it.

Okay, when you use the following search parameters:
Search: Key Word(s): outlook, data ; Forum: OS X - Applications and Games and child forums

You will end up with this result from the Search Page of the forum:

Mac-Forums.com - Search Results

That's only 22 threads to look over... all of which have valuable information in them.

Hope this helps.

Yes, it does matter how you spell it.
