iMac g4 troubles

I have an g4 512 ram 1 ghz proc. leopard that freezes after an hours use, could anyone give me an idea of how to fix this or what could be the cause of this

mac- i was too lazy to hit the shift button
MAC- Oops must have hit the caps button
Mac- Just a computer
