What programs can I open them with when I'm on my Mac?

I know on PC there's a program called HJ split that joints these files
Not sure if something like this exists for macs though

Maybe a MAC compatible version?

I looked it up on Filext.com and it seems HJSplit could be the thing. Kinda depends on context though - what are the files? Where did they come from? Is there anything else that came with then?

Split and concat is the program you program you need.
Just drag and drop a any file onto this and it will join it.
I've got this on the desktop.

I found a program yesterday called machacha
Worked perfectly, free download too
