Hi,
After 17 years or more of using PCs & Microsoft-based programs, my household has switched to Mac OS-X (Panther). I like the Mac system in general. I need to find a way to efficiently transfer our old e-mail address book with 375 or so entries (names, phone numbers, e-mail addies, and in some cases job-role info). Most recently, in our household, we were working in Outlook Express (from the Internet Explorer 5.# series), on a Windows 98 platform. I was told by theMac dealer that this transfer could be accomplished, but at this point (after purchase) the dealer is not giving any detailed support. Even the guys at the Apple Canada Support phones seem a bit fuzzy on the process, seemingly due to not being terribly familiar with MS Win 98 details. Has anyone here done this? Can you help me? Thanks, big time. Happy New Year! Joel |
