I was wondering how to stream live tv to my mac with out buying anything else or not to much of anything.

I have a PINNACLE movie box...So I was wondering if i could do this plug my pinnacle into my mac then with the 3 colored prongs have a av cable 3 yellow white red cables on both sides plug it into the pinnacle the other end to the tv.Im pretty sure all need some software to do it but if any one gets what I'm trying to do please help me thanks .
