flashing irc! o.0

well when i go on irc and chat and stuff the irc screen keeps flashing like every half a second,
just wonderin if this happens to others

What app are you using? My guess is that it's a problem with the app.

well i use www.torncity.com 's online irc,
it worked fine on my pc
