Adding my city to Dashboard?

One thing that I'd like to do as I tweak, is to add my city to the Dashboard so that I see the local weather, etc and the name of my beloved city. That city is, Baltimore, and I can't understand why it's not in the menu.... Baltimore is not that small of a city to be ignored, imho... Is there a way to add the city? I don't see it jumping out at me. Kind Regards, Ken |
