Can I minimize dashboard so it plays a radio widget whilst I do something else?

Can the widget be dragged to another location and played from there?

Thanks.

It should be fine. Does it stop when you try?

I have a radio widget, which once it's playing, I can leave dashboard, and carry on with whatever I'm doing.

Not sure about the dragging to another location thing.

Whenever I click on anything else dashboard closes and the radio goes off.

I think I've seen somewhere whether it be here or just on the net that you can drag it to the desktop, just not sure if when you shut it down if you will have to do that again...

Even when I have dashboard on the dock the radio goes off whenever I close it/click elsewhere. I'm sure there's a simple answer to this, not much point in having a radio widget if you can't do anything else while it's on.

Hmmm.... an option would be to google and trace that widget's designer and check their site if they have a non-widget radio app.

Good luck!
