OK, I know command+tab switches between applications, but how do you switch between windows in a single program?

I know I can use expose, but what is the keyboard shortcut that would allow me to switch between multiple Firefox windows for instance?

Command ~ (next to the 1 key). You can also use it to toggle between open tabs in Ffox.
