newbie has problem with gif animation
I am new to the Mac experience so a little guidance would be appreciated. When I drag animated gif files to an email message draft or into a Pages document, the gif graphic is stationary, i.e., no animation. Why doesn't it work? Thanks for your help. page53

Probably because Pages is designed for print presentation, not video I am unaware of any print technology that can do animation.

Try it in Keynote or a web browser.
