New to Mac but i have ?'s!

Ok so i got my macbook yesterday and i love it, the one problem im having is that i dont have the mobile me account or anything and theres the mail in the Dock, and i was wondering is there any way to link my comcast mail to the mail in the dock?

Apple Mail is just an email program. You need to set it up with your Comcast email settings in 'Add Account' from the drop down menu.

your mail provider (comcast) should provide you with the information needed either in a letter or in an email.

what is the information that i need? Im really confused with all this email stuff, like what is pop, or like exchange server?
