Hehe, the official MSN Messenger getting webcam features by next year? Yeah right. It's definitely more likely that one of the other (free) programs that connect to the MSN client will get webcam features first. Like dMSN, Adium X, or the one that looks most likely to get those features at this point, aMSN.

I used AdiumX but wasnt too impressed with it. seems to me as if the developer(s) want(s) to cramp too much features in it. But that is just my opinion. I heard that using yahoo I would get a decrease in quality in the webcam. I did a quick google on dMSN. It is Java based but according to the sites only windows supported? But 14 MB for that is kinda big. Oh well, i shall stick to iChat with AOL then. Seems like the best alternative.
Thanks again. System Specs 12" iBook G4 800MHz PowerPC G4 384MB DDR SDRAM Mac OS X 10.3.9 Getting a New Mac soon. iClarence.blogspot.com |
