How do i get my home country flag on my finder bar at the top, ive seen others who have it?

Also is their anyway i can change time manchine so it does backups only once every 2 weeks or something like that?

If you're referring to Time Machine, you're stuck (and IMO, that's not a bad thing) with the schedule that it uses.

Hourly backups for the last 24 hours
Daily backups for the last month
Weekly backups until your drive is full

If you have an AEBS, buy a USB drive and have Time Machine use it to wirelessly backup. Gives you the benefit of not having to keep an external drive connected to your Mac, and you can also take the backup drive off site if necessary, without taking your router with you (Time Capsule).

with time machine here is a free ware programme where you can adjust backup preferences
http://timesoftware.free.fr/timemachineeditor/

Mac is like a car, keep clean and up to date and it will give you many hours of good driving

also when the harddrive gets full, does it just delete backups or actual original data?

it deletes the oldest backups...
