bought MacBook Air

switched to mac in September 07 with iMac 20"', today got the 1.6 Macbook Air to complement it. Beautiful machine. Installed Software via Remote Disk and connected to my iMac to browse files. Awesome.

Congrats. My MBA is a nice machine if you are looking for some good portability. I personally went with the pro, but i do a lot of graphic design

I have the MBP but played with the Air in the local Apple store today - what a lovely little machine 'in the flesh'.

People can theorise all they like (like I did) but it is LOVELY and whilst I'm happy (travelling for a living), it would probably knock a kilo off my tote bag.
