New MBP running slugglish

My MBP has start to lag, even as I type this, the letter are laggy. Here is a screen shot of my Activity Monitor, can someone tell me if all is well.

As in used Disk Utility to check your hard drive for errors as well as permission problems (applications > utilities > disk utility)
