Setting Preview as default PDF viewer
It seems as if I messed something up as Preview used to be the default program for PDf files. There seems to be no way to set it in the preference as I can see.

    Thanks

Right click (control + click) on the file and select "Get Info". The the window you should see an "Open with" tab. You can choose Preview from there.

If you want to make changes to all the default handlers for your applications you can also use this tool:

    RCDefaultApp

It let's you set the default handler for any of your Mac apps in one place.
