Over the past two days I've not been able to connect to AOL via dial-up on my G4 powerbook. I'm getting an error message that says the modem is not receiving a carrier signal. Everything is plugged in correctly & there's no phone line issues as I can connect as normal via my pc & broadband.
AOL tech support say there must be a problem with the internal modem...but I'm not convinced. Have I got something set up wrong on the Mac's network connection?? Any ideas anyone? |
