Hi Pals,

Can anybody tell me how to find whether windows mediaplayer has been installed in the MAC OS. Iam using asp(Javascript) as my script language.
Can it be found out on the client side itself or do I have to use server side scripting for it?

Any useful information regarding would help me a lot.

I think what ilango means is, how can one make a website that will automatically detect whether a visitor has WMP installed, using a script. Such a script would not be able to access a user's apps folder.

And I personally have no idea, but Google came up with this:
