I tried the "unnatural" scrolling setting just for funzies, (Preferences>Mouse). That setting didn't change anything with the scrolling behavior. Huh...imagine that!

Microsoft also use "natural" scrolling, don't they? I made a point of checking the one I use at work, and it mimics the Apple mouse in movement and page direction.

That's just it, even closing the windows (pics) individually they would open en masse the next session, but cmd, opt, q programs it to not do that.

"Instead of cmd+Q, use cmd+opt+Q. This will prevent programs (ALL) to open previous windows(Documents, Pictures, etc.)"

I wish I were clever enough to have figured it...

Upon reflection, I see that the ones I've rarely opened (weeks, months) don't open. So it's the core pics that I work with that open in a flood, even when I want to view just one....

Call your ISP. They will tell you if the lines (outside and connections, etc) and modem are OK. Time Warner did that for me. Probably time to bin that old Mac, though.

Huh. Didn't know there was an enhanced version. I just downloaded it. Does not seem to be useful (errors) but could be it needs to learn the nuances of my speech. Maybe try to download it again.
