i have already purchased a new power supply

last night i purchased a new power supply. it is actually the macally you are speaking of. even with that, it wont power on. i tried resetting the PMU, but it did nothing. it wont power on at all.

Why are there black boxes around everything I click on?

I have a new MAC G5 with the Intel Processor. Everything I click on (icons, windows), shows a black box around the edges. What is the reasoning for this and how do I turn it off? It's driving me...
