Just going off what was said yesterday at the keynote and the press release, 10.6 should ship in "about a year" and when they released Leopard they said they were aiming for 1.5yr release cycles now...

Inside the MAMP directory (should be under Applications) there is a directory called htdocs - put them there. This is the default for MAMP. You can also change it if you'd like.

Actually, you can download the MeBeam integration for Adium and you'll be able to use video chat through a web service. It works very well. You can download it from Adium's site.

I'd definitely recommend more than 1GB to make the experience snappier. Also, watch how much memory you allot to the VM and which OS has dominance over resources. You might be able to improve it...
