How do I move my contacts from Address Book to Outlook Contacts?

As above, I have managed to get my contacts and diary from my old PC to Address Book/iCal.

All I need to do now is get them to flow through and sync to Outlook 2011.

Any ideas?

Apple Cambridge have my old machine now, they did not seem phased by the size of the file, time will tell if they can sort it.
I run my own business so it's my own fault the file is so large.

Its a 15" MacBook Pro 2.0 Ghz with 500gig, I also ordered a 2TB time capsule. I use Office so stumped up for that too in Business...
