i have been editing with a WD 250gig drive hooked up via firewire 400 and everything has been great. i have had no instances where i had to wait for the drive to catch up or anything like that.

well it says my battery has only 37 cycles and its dead already? i think it is covered and it should be because it is kind of unlikely for a battery to die after about 3 months with so little cycles.

from my experience you need to have the files that will be in the dvd exported in the NTSC format. i dont think dvd studio will let you simply change it to another format without changing the format...
