Wow. Well it took a lot longer than it used to, and much longer than it did for the SSD, but OSX is installed on the original internal HDD. And surprisingly there have not been any of the issues...

Well, the test said that there were no problems found. What does it test, exactly? It only took three minutes, even doing the extended test.. I think because it doesn't detect the SSD inside :P
