The installation process also confirmed that my MBA has a fan. Never noticed that before.
Yosemite also returned 2 GB of disk storage, that equals the pictures I take on one...

Do you have any add-ons installed that block specific colours :-) or ClickToFlash ?
Website opens fine with Safari 7.1, no flash or Java needed it seems .
Have you tried Chrome ?
