Unfortunately it doesn't. I know that option is present on the MB and MB Pro, but it just isn't there on the Air. Hopefully it will be included in one of the upcoming update. Here's a screen shot...

Cursor Jumping Around While Typing!

I figured out Remote Disc (what a great feature) and, like the above poster suggested, used the install discs to load iLife using my iMac's optical...

Like others have said, the MacBook or MBP far better choices for someone who is shopping for their one and only machine.

The Air is designed for portability. I use mine for surfing wirelessly...
