Shuffle: Best iPod to take to the gym. Everything else is too big. Cost is low enough it won't be a heartbreaker if it's lost or stolen. I'd hate to see Apple abandon it.

Looks like I'll have to break down and upgrade from Snow Leopard to Mavericks in the not too distant future. So far Snow has been great, but time marches on. Glad I upgraded to 8 gigs a while back....
