Hour later..

Ran the software etc, didn't work. Ran the Disk Utility repair and re-started, didn't work. Still launches onto my desktop at log in.

Hi all,

4th generation ipod problem

My sons iPod not used in a while, he can't remember his password. It says on screen " ipod disabled , connect to iTunes " when we do that nothing happens and It won't charge or anything. Any ideas??
