From what I've read Leopard will run well on older G4 macs. Therefore I don't think you will have any problems with your MacBook which incidently is the same spec as mine, I'll be upgrading Leopard....

It's not impossible, but I wouldn't recommend it. You could use virtualisation software such as Virtual PC, this would run Windows on top of OSX. It would be very slow and probably unusable.
