Oh that's easy. They see which ones have been using TimeMachine. I have, hence I was able to back everything up before reinstalling everything.

Or on the evil side, they see which ones are using...

Hey... the happier the customer, the better. Some might argue that Apple intentionally hotwires their machines to give up the ghost moments after the warranty expires... :Evil:

For ages we mac users would curse ourselves for not having a decent "car racing" game. Something that felt and looked REAL. Nascar? Ford Racing 2? Those were about as close as they'd get. But still...
