Does not run off AC

I've had my Macbook for a couple of years now. Over the past couple of months it will only run if plugged into AC power, never off the battery. It will also occasionally switch off if it is moved...

Weird avi problem...

In Quicktime, it plays fine visually, but no sound. In VLC it plays fine sound, but visually has a green line across the middle diagnally with a bit of seperation.

Macbook running awful

My Macbook has started to run pretty **** slow. Its the 2.0ghz white one, with just standard RAM. It used to run a lot better when I first got it. Is there any "cleaning up" or anything I can do?

Frontrow

I can never get frontrow to open with my remote. I doubt the battery is flat as I never used it. Is there a way to open it without the remote or something?

AVI & DVD playing

I've got some AVI movies off a mate, and they won't play in Quicktime. Just white screen, no sound. I also grabbed some that came with a few different sub folders and had EXT, MPEGAV, SEGMENT & VCD...
