Take it back to where you got it. Wireless functionality is hooped. If a factory reset doesn't restore the wifi function, than the device is bad. 1 year warranty on that bad boy.

Try creating a new user account and testing there. Otherwise the keyboard is bad. Groups of keys are mapped in a matrix, and those keys follow one of the matrices. I would ask for a new one.

Did you not read my post? Don't take it to an Apple store. Take it to a Authorized Service Provider. They will do the install for you.

Not sure what they charge, but try taking it to a AASP in your city. They'll be able to swap it for you. Labour time shouldn't be more than 30min.

2. Are you sure it's configured correctly? Try having minimal settings configured (ie. no WEP/WPA2 and no MAC filtering)...

Measure you screen diagonally. That is your size (12" or 14"). An external USB keyboard will work fine for the time being. That should be able to hold you over to log in and to BACKUP YOUR DATA...

Well sure there is. The screws holding the logic board down are applying pressure. These screws are threaded through holes in the frame on the bottom case.

The only way they would consider a replacement was if the logic board was replaced 3 times. Or the LCD panel. In other words, major repairs.
