Difficult inserting a disc.

A friend of mine has an I-Mac and is having a problem with the CD/DVD drive.
Would anyone know how hard it is to replace the CD/DVD drive on the I-MAC?
Is there a web page that show how to do this?...

I have the Mac here now, but how do I find out the specifics.
When powering up it show OS X.

HD install problem..

I installed memory which was easy, but when I installed the 2nd HD the system does not see it. I call Seagate which in turn told me to call Apple.
Has anyone had this problem before and can tell me...

Memory and HD

A friend of mine has a G4 Power mac and has order more memory and a new hard drive. Can some one tell me how hard it is to install new memory and hard drive in this?

OK bear with me do to the fact that I don't know to much about Apple systems.
A friend of mine moved files into some box to burn to cd's and a msg came up stating that they would not fit on the CD's...

OK. He tells me that when he gets to login option...

OK. He tells me that when he gets to login option it's gray out.
He then clicks on the pad lock which ask for a PW.
The Password that used to work does not work anymore.
The hint take hem back to...

I-Mac Setup?

A friend of mine just got his new I-Mac and ask me to come over and help hem set it up. Can someone tell me what I need to know to setup an I-Mac before I go over? I have setup a lot of Windows PC's...
