I can agree that it is more "blah" then previous releases, mainly because they are trying to make it look like jony Ives' ios. I think they back tracked. The dock look like the one from 10.4 tiger...

Thanks for the input guys. I wouldnt mind using an external hard drive. I guess its mostly pictures and go pro videos that are taking up so much space.

Hey guys, I have a mid-2012 13" 2.9 i7 8GB RAM 750GB mbp. I saw that apple recently updated the whole mbp line. The $1300 retina one seems worth it to me now that they upped the RAM to 8GB standard....

Ok thanks, ill give it a try. Also, its probably worth mentioning that when it does get slow it makes safari lock up and then asks me if I want to stop a script because it is running too slow.

Just thought id bring this back from the dead. Forgot to reply back then. I ordered a new screen and that fixed it. When I tore the screen off I must have hurt a ribbon cable on the OEM screen....

I have a 2.5 GHz Quad G5 and I can watch flash all day long. Running 10.5.8. The quality is seriously lacking but it works. The one thing that I HATE about that computer is that it sucks with google....
