Will 20" ATI 2600 fit in a 24" IMAC (2008)

I'm wondering if the 20" ATI 2600 will work in the same year 24". I realize the heat sink will need to be swapped. Which might be a good idea to improve the thermal tape & paste.

I guess I rambled a bit.
What video cards are compatible with the MB325LL (2008 24" Imac)? Other than the Nvidia Geforce (over heating) and the ATI 2600, what is available to flash the mac-rom on?
