I bought a Mac last June. It was my second Mac. I had one in 1989. I liked the graphics but I am a CPA...

Thanks for the information. The Leopard manual simply says "connect a USB disk to your computer and then click 'Use as Backup Disk' in the dialog that appears."

Unhappy Time Machine

I purchased a SanDisk 2G USB drive in order to implement Time Machine. I inserted the USB drive into the USB port. It appears on the Desktop as "NONAME." No dialog appears as indicated in the Leopard...

Many times I want to access a file but the file name in not highlighted and I can't select it.

I am new to the Mac.

I am trying to develop a basic web site and bought the iLife manual which contains iWeb.

Om page 419 it says "Drag the navigation menus down the page until it's 156 pixels...
