Make sure "Default Mail Reader" is set to Mail and not Gmail or Safari.

There should not be an iso file on the cd that you burn, it should just have all of the windows files on it. Not sure how to help you get there, but that is what you're shooting for.

If your current setup worked with the iBook it should work with the Macbook. As stated above, make sure no pins are bent in the jack in the Macbook and make sure the adapter is not disabled somehow.

Just because it CAN display a higher resolution doesn't mean it has to. If you have HDMI, you can use an HDMI -> DVI adapter, since they are basically the same thing with HDMI also including audio.

I should mention that the same is true about any laptop, really...not just Macs. If you want a gaming machine that you can upgrade the video card later on, you will need a desktop machine. If so-so...

If you could, it would be expensive. You'll never get an absolutely awesome video card in a laptop but there may be one...

Remember that it will work, but you will basically be stuck with the video card that comes with the Mac. Most of the standard video cards will not deal very well with Crysis.
