Revolution 7.0, the new theme with the new iLife. Countless people have had the same problem with this theme when burning a DVD. It hangs up and crashes. Most have just reverted to the older 06 or 05...

IT WORKED!!!! Thanks for the advice on the over-tightening of my MBP. It turned back 2 of the screws a half turn and....BINGO! Flat as flat can be!

Well, the MBP is aluminum, but the typing surface is plastic. I imagine, if the whole thing was plastic, it would go up in flames from the heat! :)

I totally agree. I think forums in general....specifically, what most anyone knows is a bunch of people who like Macs in general. It is an Apple...not a Dell, HP, etc...which are just a conglomerate...

I don't want to be picky. My Mac is fabulous. I absolutely love it. It's just that it is so solid in so many other ways, and the slight gap in the seam just seems a little weird.

My new (refurb) MBP has a very slight warp on the right edge seam. It is just above the USB/Firewire slot. I can actually push down on it. I realize it is minor...but it is still a $2000 investment....

That guy doesn't squeak....he screams! The right side of my chassis doesn't fit tight on the edge. I can press down on the surface and it pops. I'm not sure if that is a replaceable scenario or not.
