FYI I had around 100 records and converted them to mp3 back in 2005 when I had a powermac g4. Garageband works really well. The iMic is also a great product and isn't that expensive these days.

Not really...I get them from the Dell overstock store so they don't cost as much as a brand-new machine. I feel the business machines are much more study in design too. I had a gateway a few years...

APC battery backups...

I've got two very nice APC battery backups-

a Smart UPS 1250 and a Smart UPS 2000XL. The problem is neither of them turn on! I don't get what the problem is!
