getting Windows media streaming videos to play

i have an intel mac, and i have flip 4 mac on it. It just takes so long to play the videos, sometimes up to 5 minutes. Other times they just wont play. Is there anything i can do to make them play...

i have that but it still doesnt allow me to watch those file integrated into web-pages. It makes me open quicktime and only sometimes does it allow me to see them. And never for my live surf cams.
