Yeah, I think you nailed it. The "technical' term for that is the disclosure triangle. It's well hidden. It belongs next to the destination, not the file name.

I'd suggest contacting support at Better Snap Tool and asking if they will be making their product work with El C. Maybe you won't need it, but they probably wouldn't tell you that.

I've never seen a procedure posted for this. I think Safari is just part of the OS installation. To get Safari reinstalled, I think you have to reinstall the OS.
