Are you sure that the motherboard you bought was correct type? Also when it was installed, did you make sure there are no short circuits, that it is in place perfrectly and no screws etc are touching...

Apparently the motherboard just isn't identical, if you could try with retail OS X disc and even that fails then you have real problem. It is normal that you cannot install OS X to another computer...
