How about installing from another computer...

How about installing from another computer connected via firewire? I have and older ibook that I could connect. Any idea what I should do after I start up the computer and hit the "T" key?

It looks like they are showing you a picture of some corrosion around the battery connector (where the battery plugs into the logic board). That doesn't look like something caused by just a "little"...

Anyone know what DD#2 stands for on the back of the topcase? This follows the product number (e.g. 613-xxxx).
