I have the exact same problem you...

I have the exact same problem you described...wakes up, displays that the keyboard or mouse lost connection.
Seems to be very intermittent...happens a few days in a row for a week...then disappears...

I just went through that too. Did you download the iPhoto Exporter for Facebook?...Then look under the export photo tab in iPhoto you must log into Facebook from there...hope you understand. Good...

Your camera sounds like it is set to take both a jpeg & RAW pictures, hence the duplicate file with different extensions.
You have to PP (post process) the RAW to get the most out of it...I'm new...

That lens doesn't get the greatest reviews...by most accounts it's a POS. On the POTN (Canon)forum most would recommend the 55-250. My suggestion is skip the XS get the XSi with the 18-55 & 55-250...

Wow...a backup on my Touch only took about 15 sec.!!!! Compared to the 10-12 minutes it used to take. What an improvement!!!:)
