If you need more space, you'll have to get a 5,400RPM. You can get those at 250GB (which is what I've upgraded my MB to) and 320GB. I haven't seen 2.5" HDDs bigger than 320GB myself.

I did this too a while back. Well, not me, but my friend (Mac noob) deleted it. Just pop in your restore disc and open it in finder, then select "Optional Installs", it's on that.

If you don't have Bootcamp, don't need to install to use Parallels. You will need to install Parallels first. If I may suggest, install Parallels, and then update it all the way before installing XP.

I use XP Home because the XP64 is a bit shaky compared to the 32-bit. I'm not even sure you'd need XP Pro, most people don't. If you do, I'd stick with the 32-bit version. If not, save a bit of cash...
