As far as I can tell it's literally the only MBP specific one.

The best you're going to get apart from that is one of the laptop stands/coolers with built in USB hubs.

Don't get hung up on going for a huge tablet either, the smaller wacom tablets are excellent, I have a little wacom bamboo that I carry around in my bag with my MBP and it's just the job.

I run Vista Ultimate and OSX 10.5 on my MacBook Pro with no issues.

Vista runs very well and I use it for my 3DS Max work and gaming which are all pretty intensive.

I seriously hope that's a fake, it looks hideous and I seriously don't think that sort of trackpad is what MBP users want, I certainly don't.
